El_Mattia's KAC PDW by Shockwave9001 El_Mattia's KAC PDW by Shockwave9001
Happy birthday, Mattia! :)

Since you were so nice to build something for me,
I thought I'd be generous enough to return the favour.
So here's a desert color scheme KAC PDW for you, I really hope you like it :)

Credits:
- Benjoo for the Osprey Suppressor and the SureFire X400 Weapon Light
- Juice for the KAC PDW stock, sights and gas system
- El_Mattia himself for the Tango Down Vertical Grip and the background

Enjoy!

This is nice. The Magazine is another STANAG than the basic PMG one, right?

And yes it is! I'm not sure on exactly what is different, but I've seen several real life SCARs with magazines like these.

The KAC PDW doesn't need a buffer tube because it doesn't use the same system as the AR15.

(sorry abot the incoming rant)
i don't understand why folding stocks always have to fold over the shell ejection port, if you need a short rifle, for example inn a vehicle you can't fire it because of the stock's in the way(anyhow this actually seems to ba able to circle fine, but the point)
it's far morw ergonomic(to right handers) if it's to the left, then you can use your left hand to unfold it, instead of some awkward time consuming..
again sorry ^^'

As I said to AtholTheDestroyer, the KAC PDW ejects just as much upwards as it does sidewards, thus no, the stock is not covering the ejection port.

The reason for the stock folding to the right, is because with 90% of the complete population being right-handed, which means they reload with their left hand. If the stock would fold to the left side, it would be less handy to reload. That's what I think, at least.

You are totally right about folding it though, that indeed would be much easier.

it may not be slower if it's on the left side, if the stock isn't in the magazine area. on the KAC PDW it shouldn't be a problem(shouldn't ;))

again i am really sorry to rant at you, i just had too much of the rightside folding stocks ^^'

Happened to me only a few years ago actually.
See, as I was walking to school, I passed a huge tree, right next to a small river. There was a blue glow coming from the top of that tree. I tried to look into the tree, but the leaves really blocked my view. I heard a strange sound which I couldn't really place...

I shrugged, and kept on walking. Now the glow has moved to the next tree and it was gone from the previous. Still hearing that sound. After a minute or 5, the glow disappeared as I sat down on a bench underneath the glowing tree. And, in a big poof, a magical dolphin suddenly sat next to me, just looking at me. Directly staring through my eyes, right in my soul.

And then, he said: "hi! :)"
I screamed and ran away. Ever since that moment, I sometimes have the urge to sit in trees, glow a bit (my color is orange though, it has way more swag than blue) and stare at people.
Oh yeah, and I rule at PMG. lol

BayChiDa is right, the KAC PDW uses a shortened bolt and a different gas system than your regular AR15.

Nice, but the top of the stock looks like it might interfear with ejection while its folded.

:iconshockwave9001:

Actually it doesn't. Mainly because the shells aren't ejected 90 degrees to the right, but more at a ~55 degree angle, so also upwards.

The Osprey is a great suppressor, they can't even keep up with demand.

Yes they are legal, in 38 states, with the proper NFA paperwork.

It does, but only slightly, and a strangely long lighter at that. You have to look at it in a certain way, and you have to be told it first to notice it. It looks, otherwise, like a surpressor, though xD
